General Information
| All villages offer the same traditional
Club Med style buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner. No matter
which village you stay at, breakfasts include a copious selection of
nutritional energy giving delights. You can choose from tea,
coffee, chocolate, milk, freshly baked breads, croissants, brioches,
cakes, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, jams, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit
drinks, creams, flans, fresh fruit and dried fruit to name but a few.
Lunch and dinner offer a whole host of international and local dishes. As the villages go up the scale from straw hut to 4-Tridents, so the buffets become more varied and elaborate. The straw hut villages and the 2-Trident villages offer unlimited wine, beer and fruit drinks with lunch and dinner. The 3- and 4-Trident villages also offer soft drinks. All villages offer the traditional tables of eight, allowing you to eat with friends and to make new ones. Tables of 2, 4 and 6 people are also sometimes available in the 2-, 3-, and 4-Triden villages. |
| Traditional Club Med entertainment is offered in all villages no matter what their classification. Evening entertainment usually includes a Club Med cabaret, a musical style show or a special theme evening. All entertainment is orchestrated by the G.O. team, led by a sports or entertainment manager in the 2-Trident villages and a specific entertainment manager at all the other villages. All villages with a Mini Club organize a Mini Club show at the end of each week (depending on the number of children). All 4-Trident villages offer either a live band or piano-bar, depending on the destination. |
| All villages offer a party atmosphere however if you seriously wish to "party on down" you should choose one of the Adults Only villages which offer musical shows with live bands, dance classes, Techno-Crazy Afternoons of techno music and dance and of course a lively nightclub, open to the early hours. Minimum age is 18. |
| All children's club villages offer a wide variety of games, leisure and sports facilities, specifically adapted to each age group. Most Mini Clubs have separate areas for the different age groups (i.e., 4-6, 6-8 8 up to 13 years), except at some 2-Trident villages which accommodate all the Mini /club children in the same area. |
| Club Med vacations are coordinated by a
unique team of professional international hosts and hostesses known as
the G.O.s (Gracious Organizers). They dedicate themselves to
looking after you, the G.M.s (Gracious Members), throughout your
stay. They come from all over the world and speak several
languages.
They will welcome you with a smile, teach you a new sport, look after your children and generally make sure you enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. There are 10,000 G.O.s of over 80 different nationalities working in villages all over the world. You will see them everywhere as they work around the clock, behind the scenes, organizing the sports, the children's clubs, performing on stage and even joining you for lunch or dinner.
